Me and my boys hit some balls on the range, Managed to get a lovely table with amazing views. Food was very good and service with a smile and very friendly. Ordered my pint and it came out with frozen glass. Proper that, only had that on holiday before so big plus! Lovely place.

The 3 stars are purely because the food a delicious and the view is beautiful. Without that, it would have been 1 as the service is diabolical! We booked as a birthday treat for a friend. We knew it was pricey but expected quality. Initially, things went well. We were shown to a table and had only just sat down before a better table became free, so we were invited to move. The initial drink order was wrong, and my friend was brought a pint rather than a half. The waitress said she'd got it wrong but would only charge for the half (in fact the bill was for a pint!) We all ordered from the set 2 course menu, and asked for a side order of chips. We waited and waited and waited, and after chasing up our food were eventually given our main course. We reminded the waitress that we were waiting for chips, but they didn't come. We chased it up, they still didn't come. My friend finally went to the bar to chase it up again, and eventually they arrived, just as we were finishing our food!! We were asked if we wanted desserts even though we'd already ordered them, but ordered some coffees to have with them. The coffee arrived promptly, but there was no sign of our desserts. We waited, and waited and waited (can you see where I'm going with this?)... chased it up, and eventually, having finished our coffee, 3 lemon possets finally arrived. Bearing in mind they had come from a fridge and only needed to be put on a plate with a biscuit, there is no reason it should take sooooo long!! It had taken nearly 2 hours to serve and eat a 2 course lunch, which is ridiculous. The staff were perfectly nice, but it was as though the waitress who served us immediately forgot what we'd asked for the second she walked away from the table. It wasn't particularly busy and there were enough staff. As other people have said, we weren't at any point asked how our food was, we were just instantly forgotten and had to battle to get our meal! Prior to writing this review, I've scanned previous ones and noted that there are quite a lot of complaints in recent reviews about service compared to a year ago. A few have been responded to with an apology, and 'please contact me to discuss' response. A couple have an 'I can't find your booking' response and no apology (my friend booked so you won't find my booking either!). However, despite the apologies, the service clearly hasn't improved, so nothing has changed. It's a shame as the venue is lovely and the food was nice. For the price though, the service should be much much better. There will always be someone who's not happy, but I rarely complain and am fair in my reviews. It seems that the owners have no wish to improve the service despite the comments, and for that reason, I will also not be returning.

Such a lovely lunch. Highly recommend & genuinely one of the best experiences of polite, professional & outstanding service. We are always so quick to complain when something goes wrong so, when it's right, we really should praise it too! Great environment & view & just the loveliest of lovely staff. Thank you for the birthday brownie!!

180 Degrees offers an unforgettable dining experience with breathtaking panoramic views and an extremely delicious brunch menu. The setting is absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed and scenic meal. The food was outstanding—well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were mix-ups with the order, and the bill was incorrect, which took away from the overall experience. That said, the food and views alone make this place worth visiting. If you’re willing to overlook some service hiccups, it’s definitely a spot to add to your list!

I cannot give any rating for food as we didn't eat. But the view itself was well worth 4 star, overlooking the Cuckfield Golf course & Range, it's easy to understand you can get forget about time. Absolutely stunning afternoon, we had a drink on the balcony first on a bench and then sat enjoyed the view from the best seat (Sofa). Looks a top quality place to dine. Would love to head back to eat in the near future, Nikki was a lovely chatty member of staff that seemed to engage well with customers.

Lovely view for breakfast! Service was swift along with the food. Free car park.A touch pricey, nothing special tbh. My eggs royal was basic, shell in them, missing the chive. 12.5% service charge was steep when we had to leave our table and pay at the bar. We would probably go back but not in a rush. Would have been nice to have some music on rather than listening to the coffee machine and hum from units. Tables and chairs would do with sanding back and oiling. Has loads of potential but prices are too high for what it's delivering.

A fantastic meal with exceptional customer service, particularly from Justina. From start to finish, the entire team was wonderful and made the brunch thoroughly enjoyable. Justina was incredibly endearing and helpful, making the occasion truly special. Thank you so much! We are already planning on returning in the New Year.
